  1. Expand extracurricular offerings to widen participation further, this will be focussed around afterschool clubs.
  2. Maintain the open-door policy to ensure parents feel heard, valued, and supported.
  3. Provide additional detail on events on class dojo so that new parents are clear on what they are and what parents need to know.

Additional areas to consider

  1. Swimming provision – change of pool and catch up for those children who were impacted last year by the pool hire changes which affected local primary schools.
  2. Perception that the school is getter bigger – with the exception of the two year groups that have been established for 30 children current y4 and y5, the school remains at 15 PAN (published admission number). Pupil numbers for the past three years have remained stable. When the current year 4 move to secondary school, St Leonard’s will move back to four mixed year classes. (N/R, Y1/2, Y3/4, Y5/6)
  3. Newsletters – these are currently shared on dojo and the website. Parents have requested to move back to them being emailed.
